The Yellow Bourbon is one of the best coffee varieties, with mild flavor, medium body, low acidity , intense aroma and sweet taste . Has citrus aroma and caramel notes.

Is a light and smooth coffee with medium acidity. One of the few varieties that can be taken without sugar.Yellow Catuaí is less full-bodied than Red Catuai.

Smooth coffee with aromatic notes reminiscent of fruit. The Acaiá coffee has chocolate flavor and medium acidity. For a stronger flavor and intense body, this coffee can be harmonized with Bourbon beans.
